★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever rent or buy a flat here. There's no water, parking racks don't work. Leakage problems. Zero cleanliness. The society members fight among each other like chawl. It just looks good from outside, it's all slum people inside. Owners lie about facilities while renting out flats and then let tenants suffer. F wing 41 series has leakages issues and no water in bathrooms.

well constructed,24hrs water supply,
Well planned for kids to play around,possession was as promised by the builder, awesome mountain view from higher floor
Superb connectivity,close to NH 8 (metro work is in progress from miraroad to Borivali )
Schools,Hospital, malls and railway station are in parameter.
