★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society has a great space for open tiles ground but the building doesn't have good facilities. Their elevators are mostly about to break, the elevators doesn't have cover for fan on top of them. That's a risk. There's a big lake beside it. Residents are okay. Lots of free space. But security is poor.
