They need to improve service before people look for alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den the cheater...don't go for it...sales person will collect check and will disappear making fake promise and will stop taking call also. You may loose all the money handed over to sales guy and call center will day that they don't have your info updated so they can't help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sense and unprofessional people, nobody pick up calls, i have taken connection 6 months back every month the disconnect my connection despite of payment and after that i have to beg them to please connect my connection. Office landline they do not pick and if you call them on their mobile number then also they do not take the call, irrespective of it if you interact with them at office they gave answers like, that this my personal number its my wish that i should attend the call or not. I just wanna know how do i got there personal number ? They already provided their number so they are liable to answer. Specially that Ajay Kumar Tripathi who thinks that he is some celebratory and we are calling him to book a date with him that's why he didn't pickup any call.
The worst experience ever had and I am taking some other connection for my home.
I request everyone please do not take any kind of service from them, total waste of money and our valuable time.
