Today I got in touch with one of their representatives and he said " Hum nahi karenge kuch b"

This isn't really helpful that the kind of services you are unable to follow at this point of time where people have to do work from home and my wifi isn't working from last two days.I have no answer for the delay of my work to my management. Since I know the kind of services you provide I proactively recharged my wifi a day before it expires. Ironically you guys keep reminding us and harassing us through calling atleast 7 days prior to plans expiry. I have been calling your customer care since yesterday for almost 2 hr long stretch. I do stand by you guys that the staff is short but how come for two days nobody responded to my mail and not even picking a call after an hour stretch as you claim that staff is short not that your office is closed nobody is able to resolve in two days.
In this crucial time I have no other option to just keep mailing and calling where no one is responding to me neither through call jor through mail. Please get this resolve on urgent basis. I am very much dependent on the wifi for my work and for my daily routine schedule. I hope to get a response atleast now and resolution asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service support staff is too unprofessional I'm facing no internet issue since last two days nobody is taking care of the situation. And whenever I call every person/representative reply in that your issue would be resolved within 24 hours but no one came. I would strongly say please don't go for DEN because you will regret you decision very badly. They don't emphasize on customer's value and seamless support after you purchase a plan. And when I ask for refund because I have already paid for 3 months subscription for service they bluntly said there would be no refund. Again don't choose DEN their service is too bad that I have never seen in my life.
