I put my braces 4years ago still doctor not remove my braces whenever I go to check up dr saif not seeing properly. He is just running like a horse room to room. even he's not standing 10 second for patient, all doctor are not communicating properly, worst doctor ever I have seen in my life....

One of the worst Dental clinics I have ever been.
Wish I never visited you guys.
Had a RCT done by the interns of Doctor in 2019 but within 6 months the pain started again. I was in Milan, Italy and went to see a local dentist who informed me that the RCT was not done properly and could result in infection. 4 years later Dental abscess has developed around that tooth and I am only left with the option for extraction.
Wish I could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge patients double of what even Coorporate clinics charge. One of my close friends was duped by charging him 3 times the market rate for a Cap and lied that it was imported specially for him, when he checked with other clinics he found out the same type cap Costed 1/3rd of what they charge here. Multiple people have told bad experience about this place...Earning money is one thing but duping patients is another.

Had a very good opinion and reviews initially, got 2 RCT done for me and 2 for my mom and 1 for my sister in law , mom started facing problem with one RCT teeth and when went to the clinic locally we found out that the RCT was not done properly , she had to get it done again from the local clinic who gave a guarantee card for the new teeth ( which we dint recieve at dental diagnostic center ).
And then my sister in law and me are facing problem with the RCT teeths.
Waste of time and waste of money summed up with the compounders and receptionists attitude ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dental diagnostic center has kept up and improved with fantastic qualitative equipment right from the time it started.
Half of Bangalore knows doctor Salahuddin or he knows the other half right from the 60's. He's considered a dental legend by old Bangaloreans.
What's great about the place is the state of the art technology and the doctors know how by keeping up with the times.
They make you feel at home, describe what they plan to do with you and put you at ease.
The procedures are done in a way that is not so painful personally speaking.
A special mention to Doc Ahahd and doc Saif they were fantastic, hygienic followed covid protocol, gave great advice, saved my teeth and were extremely patient and gentle throughout the procedures.
It's all in the fly with different specialities and that's nice.
Mathilda the receptionist is polite, and sends you prompt reminders. Her efficiency is great adding to the fantastic customer service.
The ambience is aesthethically appealing.
FOR ANY DENTAL ISSUE I RECOMMEND DENTAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for my teeth cleaning and polishing on Friday and my experience with them is really great. The did proper cleaning and polishing keeping all the safety precautions and measures of COVID.
They use SHYCOCAN which is an electronic viral diffuser which inactives all viruses around 1000 sq feet which especially helps prevents spread of covid -19. They also have Sanitizing Fogging machine which uses super oxidised solution which is a environment friendly high level disinfectant that eliminates micro organisms while remaining safe in contact with the body.
The dentists are very skilled and have specialization in all fields of dental sciences. They are total of 15 dentists working in different shifts and they are Highly professional.
They have 6 consultation rooms in the clinic and is quite spacious and customer friendly.
They provide food for their employees as well and have a separate dining room for that. Temperature checks are done in the entrance. They do an x-ray scan of your mouth before doi g any kind of treatment. Dr. Salauddin is trusted by many patients because of his skill and work.
Altogether, it was a really good experience to visit this dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Salahuddin is simply awesome at his work, he makes the procedure of wisdom tooth extraction so easy and painless. He has a good set of doctors to address every dental need. He has the best equipment. Even the x-ray machine is world class. Highly recommend this place.
