Excellent location and plan
Sales team(Stanley in my case) is very helpful
The timeline promised seems will be completed a month or 2 before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team is very worst. They will force the customers to buy for non vastu complaint and improper planned houses. For every enquiry they replied as all flats are booked and resale is available to quote the good flats for high price. Please don't fall in this trap. Overall the flats are average built up and not upto the mark and amenities are congestly adjusted in the area. If you don't have other option then only negotiate fully and take it.

A few days before the booking Mr. INFANT PRADEEP from the sales team gave me clear instructions that guaranteed a smooth check-in, The apartment is located in a very convenient area of town , with local shops and transport and metro close by and i would recommend this property to anyone looking for an investment and a great time in Bangalore.........

The location is very strategic and close to important amenities like offices, hospitals, malls, restaurants, shopping centers and easily accessible transportation. With my previous experience Desai developers are very well known for the quality of construction and timely delivery. Highly recommend the current project.
