★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad maintenance and the construction is too poor plz avoid to buy, I had seen snakes more than 4tyms.. Many ppl are suffering by owning dis property so... Btr to avoid and everything is issue for the members in the flats they can't tolerate even if child cry they will give complaint in watsup group, even tiles were also broke, the reviews were kept by owners to resale the flats.... Buying a flat is our dream so, explore and own a good flat..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will surely recommend this property based on my personal experience,very good quality of construction and fittings,planning of the apartment and flats are well designed and good lighting,the flats are independent without common walls and got oc too and pretty good amenities . builder srinivas and manager chaitanya very cooperative throughout the deal feeling very comfortable and happy,people who are looking for a home in and around kadugodi this is the best option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might initially feel it is little costly compared to other projects in the vicinity but trust me, they have much better build quality as compared to bigger builders also, which is based on my experience for last 6-7 months of searching. The flats are well designed to get ample carpet area, light and fresh air in flat. Even thought its a small project they have tried to include all the amenities and you can use them at much lower price what is asked by other builders. Also The location is awesome. 100 mtrs you have good market. 300Mtrs you have main road(Whitefield-Hoskote road) and new McD coming up. Chrysalis high within 1.5Kms range and Eurokids is in 100 mtrs range. I would recommend to go ahead with this project based on my excellent experience with sales person(Chaitanya) and MD, Srinivas Reddy who have been very helpful throughout the buying process. Dont expect much negotiation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen a lot of projects around whitefield, kadugodi, channasandra etc., but none of them got my attention(with my requirement) at first visit as this project did.
I purchased a 2bhk here and based on my experience I am writing this review so that it might help others.This project doesn't fall under the Tier1 Builders' apartments but this is no less than the likes of sobha, prestige, mantri etc. in terms of build quality. It has pretty good amenities, small apartment(just 44 units) which means less messy in future ;) , vastu compliant(one of our main requirements), no common walls.Location is also good- you have seegehalli dairy in 50mts; market in 100 mts;Main road, Bus stop, Mcd, super market in 400 mts, and there is a 3 screen theatre coming up soon in 350mts. Most of all this is a OC obtained Project.
Experience throughout the deal has been great with MD Srinivas Reddy and sales manager Chaitanya. They are quite helpful in the whole process. If you are looking for a good project around the above mentioned localities, then I suggest to take a look at this project, because it meets all the major requirements of a home buyer. Cheers
