They make us wait for more than 3 hours. Patient surrounds to wait for so much long period and do not provide bed service there are various bed rooms upstairs which are empty and they not allowed to take rest.
it is right of every patient to take rest on bed if they have appointment with the doctor and the appointment is delayed.
