★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an NRI, and not been living in Kolkata for 20 plus years, it was impossible for me to find a good interior designer company in Kolkata. I researched a bit online but was definitely clueless. We got the contact information of this interior designer duo via emami city projects, where my new flat is located. Anthony, a charming conversationalist started the business communications and then Sourav, the designer and the creative director took over the project to bring it to life. They literally don’t sleep until your project is over. Given that I am in a different time zone, and thousands of miles away, during COVID, I thought I am joking myself and this won’t be possible!! BUT DESIGN BEE STUDIO MADE IT HAPPEN! They are extremely tech savvy and they know how to literally extract your needs and ideas from your brain and make it to reality. They are just extremely PASSIONATE about what they do, which channels their energy to make things possible with superb creativity! They helped my mother, a single lady, a senior citizen, like she is their own mom, with every step, every bit during the final moving. I have never met the dynamic duo in person, but they became by family just with their compassionate style of doing business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being miles away from Kolkata, it sounded impossible to most of my friends and family that we found an apartment for my mother meeting several criteria and shifted her to the new apartment amidst Covid lockdown. But this impossible task was made possible by Design Bee. Though our initial conversation with them started with woodwork, painting and ceiling work, within short period the discussion went beyond the initial list due to their expertise and responsiveness. They managed to build so strong relationship that they became indispensable for me and my mother. They patiently spent time to understand our taste and supervised every aspect of the apartment to ensure entire decor is according to our choice including placement of each furniture. They dedicated time to select the white goods as well as the furnishing. They always bridged the time zone gap between us and attended calls during odd hours. They demonstrated flexibility to cater to our requirement and were open to change the design based on the situation. Their primary focus was to provide a home to my mother which is not only comfortable for a senior lady but also contemporary.
Design Bee is a company led by two aspiring young minds who are ready to go extra mile to make their customers satisfied and build a long-time relationship. We have already recommended them to our friends and would do so in future too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor post service experience. No one bothers to pick calls or reply back for post sale issues. We had so many issues related to lights not working, furniture ply infected by fungus, etc but no one bothers to attend now post full payment. Writing this with very heavy heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using their service in our Emami City apartment; we have hired them since Feb 2022, in 2.5 months their progress have been very slow; very disappointing compared to their promises. We had the impression they have a good workforce who would work every day; but for 2 - 3 weeks no work progressed in April. I will wait and watch their progress and decide if I should change my review to better.
