Now I m really enjoying myself. The morning start as fresh morning... And Yoga helps me to come up the day with positive thoughts... And good things to do with full of energy. Even I have manage to reduce my 2 kg weight within these two months.

Along with medication I was guided to join physiotherapy sessions or yoga sessions. I have been part of Devyani’s Yoga Urja for over a month and half now, and with regular practice I already feel the complaints about neck/body pain drowning away. Not only that but I also feel changes in my overall situation(improved calmness, tolerance to pain). Devyani(owner/guide) is a professional, helps us understand the importance of each “Yoga-Asana” wrt it’s effects on our body/mind, and also wherever required helps tailor yoga practices specific to our need.
