He just makes yoga so much more interesting and enjoyable by describing every asana about which organ or muscle it is targeting.The most fascinating thing is that he can tell you what's wrong with you in a matter of seconds! Along with that he is such an alive and incredible person to be around. I strongly recommend Iyengar yog sadhana.It's a phenomenal experience all together!

It's been about two months since I participated in the online class of Abhay sensei at this studio because of the relationship after the pandemic. Participating in a medical class is a breakthrough for me, and every time I notice my physical and mental aspects. A wonderful class that reduces the burden on the mind and body that has been hit by major changes, makes me smile brightly and cheerfully, and boosts my immunity. Abhay sensei guidance is accurate and passionate. I also learn a lot as a yoga instructor. I would like to participate in this studio class someday. Thank you so much Abhay sensei. ???
