Very co-operative teacher's ,always ready to clear any doubts. The most important is thier proper guidance and the way they explained all topics in a very easy way that everyone could understand it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga is not just an exercise, it is a therapy for your mental health as well and I could say this because I have experienced it through Rutuja's training. Yoga, floor exercise, power yoga,full-body stretch,meditation etc. everything is under one roof! wow!
It's refreshing and makes every impossible into a possible with her training and guidance.
Highly recommended.

I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher.Miss Rutuja teaches more than just postures. Classes are 1 hours long and the price is quite low and affordable....thank you so much miss Rutuja for your best guidance

All yoga instructor cues allow me to know what they wants me to do next, enabling me to be engaged mentally and physically the whole time. All instructor's voice, volume, and tone is perfect and create a great atmosphere.
