★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended Shaktiyog Sadhana online session for 1 month (7 Jun to 3 July). Trainers Sakshi Tai & Instructor Umesh sir conducted batch very well explaining each aasana/movements methodically , posture wise & while giving awareness for that each step in simple & clear words. Being online batch i was not very confident about how it will go & how teachers can watch, instruct & correct our errors/mistakes which they did with precise personalized attention & instructions in commendable way. Thanks to teachers for same. I am not very good at Dhyana, Chakra Sadhana & SHAVASANA & normally feel boring (Not from teachers mistake or inefficiency but in general i could never concentrate on instruction & my mind wanders) but found that others from batch are learning, enjoying & happy. So no fault of trainers & onus is on myself. Videos shown were also brief & useful from Mr. Kedarnath & Asmita tai about yogic life style for layman & it's importance. I will surely continue the practice what i learnt & sure will get healthy body & mind. Thanks to team Niramay.
Both Mr. Kedar & Asmita tai have clear vision & mission to educate & treat CLASSES with this wonderful method of MEDICAL YOGA & hope to see that it reaches MASSES as well. Best of luck to TEAM NIRAMAY!!!

My stamina is increased n I am feeling fresh .The acharyas messages on various aspects of lifestyle management were all very useful. Overall the course was nice . Thanks to All ?
