I use to suffer occasional upper and lower back pain. Due to different Asanas, Mrs. Waikar has helped me strengthen the required muscles.
The Pranayam and other breathing exercises has abundantly helped in my personal and professional life.
Mrs Waikar has won innumerable awards and accolades. She is full of knowledge and focuses on each student's posture and challenges us to achieve more.
The class fees is very affordable and is located on Paud Road.
Yoga is the need of the hour. Its the best way to take care of your body,mind and soul. And I'm sure you won't regret joining the MM Yoga Academy.
