★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was there to receive my vehicle, Ms. Pavithra and Kiran took care of us really well right from booking to delivery. Had an unfortunate event during delivery wherein after driving for 1Km vehicle just stopped and then I called up Pavithra to seek help, she immediately arranged service to reach the place and take back the vehicle. They found a loose contact and that was preventing from showing display instrument, headlight etc. They immediately called up the TVS service head for Blr south to allow me to speak to that person and he assured this one of the rare incidents that took place. They apologised for this inconvenience. I would like to thank Kiran and Pavithra for showing empathy towards customer to get the issue resolved. Thank you. They accept UPI payment. Card payments are charged extra. They are wheelchair accessible. Showroom is maintained neatly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys my review may be too big but pls take time to go through this before u get into this service center. My vehicle was in worst when I received my bike from service, when I went to manager he said this is what we do so I said I will review same on Google he said go head and do I don't care so I reviewed this statement.
Later I got cal from Naveen asking me to remove the review from Google which I have mentioned above so that he will clear the issue of my vehicle but waited for two days no response from him. I thought only staffs are not interested in service but I see even Naveen is not serious about his job who is incharge of service better to change the complete staff. Thanks for your patience for reading

I had unresolved issue with mud guard worst sound and few problems in my Ntorq 125, tried with almost 4 top authorised service centers in bangalore but they always give some reason on the issue and fu***d up then I found this Dhancharan service center kanakapura road, finally issue has been resolved...Thanks to Manager Pavan, Arvind... They properly hear customer issue and analyze.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my TVS ntorq serviced here. The staff is very friendly however, they did not call to tell exactly before replacing parts. Vehicle is operating all good. They have done a good job, but delayed my vehicle delivery telling that the washing motor was not working. They wanted me to come again next week which was not possible. Although service mgr was nice enough to offer me a freewash. With all those i came down to pick my vehicle and I see it was washed already. There is communication gap. Any, charges were a bit more, they had charged individual part labour even though it was a paid service.
Ended up paying around 3.7K for paid service for NTorq.
