★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't wash vehicles. They eyewash. You need to countercheck every thing and get it done. Service cost is very heavy, unreasonable. Think before you use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not say that they didn't service my bike properly. I gave my bike here for service, for 4 times. Service is good. It's just that they won't mind to care about your bike's extra accessories.
Once my horn wire had damaged. My bad that I didn't notice it there. Noticed at home, that horn wire was cut, & to cover up, they had rolled a black tape.
Another time they cut the wiring of my Auxiliary Lights. And when I told it's not working after the sevice, they gave a lame reason saying that Bike is wet afer washing. Light will work when it's dry. Like ? what kind of reason is that.? When i asked more about it, they were negligent & just told it's not their scope to repair it. 1st of all wiring was cut from their service. I had to install a new one from outside.
Also, for their small showroom & garage standards, it's way too costly for servicing. My Victor 110 costs Rs 1200 for just a general checkup. ?
Its okay to get serviced. No issues with that. But I'm never gonna give my bike to them for service, unless it's a major part change from TVS itself. I'll get my bike serviced from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite courteous staff. I visited on a festival day and in spite of it, the staff patiently explained my numerous questions on Jupiter 125 and Ntorq models. No exciting offers though :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Showroom i have never seen, waste of money if you are planning to purchase any product from this show room. Service is also worst and they do not have sense that how to behave with customer. Charge extra amount beyond the service. I had worst experience with service team where they have vanished numbers on back number plate and are not ready to replace. Garage technician is talking like Outlet Manager, asking us to get it ready outside as they do not replace and not pay for the loss. Challenging Traffic police like they do not catch for no number back side. Asking us to adjust and pay more money to replace number board. Such a worst staff & bad service. My personal suggession not to purchase or get service from this outlet as they do not look for customer service and not ready to speak with customer. Worst show room in bangalore i have ever seen. Worst Sukra TVS Show Room located near JP nagar metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i purchased my first scooter from SUKRA TVS, and i serviced my TVS JUPITER ZX SCOOTY from SUKRA TVS they done everything very well but in the service they didn't put mobile oil in scooter but they charged full amount, after 5 days of service scooter's sound suddenly increased they i checked mobile oil i found mobile oil in the least quantity and they didn't put mobile oil in it...i want to go back with police but due to medical emergency i was not possible...i m too much disappointed by this branch...now they are calling me to service and now i don't want to go and i'll try another tvs showroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased new Vehicle Jupiter ZX smart connect from sukra on 11th April. After 2 days the bike is having problem of over heating, the person sitting backside unable to keep leg on footrest as that much heat it is releasing. when called to them there is no proper response, they will be good at the time of purchasing. But after any problem arises they do not respond...others be aware while purchasing new bike...I strongly recommend not to buy any bike from them..Now i am facing problem with new bike just 10 days over..
