If you have any urgency or you need diagnostic reports on priority so that your beloving family member (patient) need not to suffer during the waiting time then don't go for this. Even for small blood test they will keep you waiting till evening. Today we went for a small blood test of my grandmother at morning 9AM. A south indian lady working there told that we will give the report in evening only at 5PM. We explained the scenario thay we came from a distance area and it will be helpful if you can provide the report by 12PM atleast(after 3 hours). So that we can show the report to doctor in morning shift itself. Otherwise we need to wait till evening shift 5 PM evening for doctor. But the lady was explaining the rules of center. That they start distributing the report in evening only. I don't understand whether these rules are bigger than some patient waiting and suffering in hot day of May. I am sure these rules are made by the staff only to decrease their work or so yah they need not to work effectively. Definitely this kind of staff behavior is not gud for the reputation of diagnostic center. Now a days even a MRI,CT scan, and other major diaganosis reports come in 2 hours maximum. Then We went for goel diagnostic center situated 400 meters from here and they provided the report in 2 hours(at 11AM). The staff even came to car for taking the sample. Great service Goel diagnostic. Big YES to GOEL diagnostic and big NO to dhawal diagnostic. Dhawal diagnostic you lost atleast 1 customer for whole life and with this behavior you will lose more. I am taking this much time to write this review becoz it was disgusting behavior by dhawal diagnostic staff. They won't understand the pain family already facing while they are having patient who is already suffering and they need to suffer more due to this extra stupid things. 3rd class service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and sensitive people too. I went with my wife for blood test, though the time to close the lab was already over but still the staff really cooperated and understood our situtation. They took the sample and assured us to gives the report by 08:00 am for which i'm very thankful.
I would give a thumbs up for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better places to get your check up done in Jaipur. Recently visited during the Corono virus pandemic - was really impressed to see the level of precautions they have taken... The floors were properly cleaned and the doctor and staff never interacted without a mask on and constantly reiterated the same to all the visitors.
