★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team takes 30 minutes with 1 customer while other keeps waiting. In this time I could have visited some other DHL branch and shipped my consignment. It took 5 minutes for them to ship my courier while they wasted about 45 minutes (customer was there before I reached) talking to the other party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not the original DHL. Its a third party which will cost you more and take a lot more time to deliver the package. For international shipping they said it'll take less than 7 days but they took 11 days just to give me tracking number which ideally you'll get within 5 minutes. It took 34 days to deliver the package and they even were not answering to my calls.
