★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 years passed still builder not handing over society. Low level contractors, shop owners, and bus and auto drivers who have purchased flats here are acting as hired goons of builder. They threaten the educated mass and service holders who tries to raise voices or ask genuine questions. Builder is ruling and mismanging society funds using those hired goons. The current society President is part of the gang and elected by illegal methods.
President along with his goon friends and security men regularly drink on roof tops and make nuisance. They sit at main gate and stare at our wifes and daughters like roadside romeos. Not a good place for family and children.
If you want to raise your kids in a good environment avoid this place. This is a slum not a apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment mein president (Nunu) and his friends drinking in roof regularly. Nunu behaves like road side politician. Dekhiea president Nunu and security guards ka full comedy parade on 15 aug :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a residential apartment with very good services and planned architecture. The only flaw is the rooms in the flats are small and few blocks have no balcony at all. The blocks are however airy and full of natural.light.
