★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Half of the HD channels either showing no service or disrupted. But will charge full amount for HD subscrition . Today due to heave rains no reception at all but they have all switched off their phones or no one is picking up the phones so no one can complain. Pathetic

One need to call at least 20 times to get someone from Win Cable Internet to even acknowledge your complaint or query.

They always say they will send someone but no one ends up coming. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t use this internet service provider, you’ll end up using up all your 4G plus paying them for nothing! Never in my life have I used such internet. My phone bill must be soaring because I have to call the cable guy daily, due to some problem or the other. DONT USE THIS!!
