★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Net9 for many years, and I've constantly received a fantastic service from the entire team, especially Vijay who is always available to take all my calls when there is an issue. I understand that there is bound to be problems given the various issues that internet service providers face in Mumbai, but what's important is being able to reach out to someone who immediately attends to your problem in a timely manner. And thanks to Vijay at Net 9, I've had a very good experience with them and will always renew my annual plan with them. Deepali has also been extremely helpful whenever I've face any issues with renewing my plan, and she has always been courteous, prompt and friendly.

Mr Mane who has been attending to my calls everytime I need help is an asset & always willing to help. He gets the job done in a professional manner & he never says no. All credit goes to Mr Mane & his team as he is posted to attend to any Intenet problems in our area & he makes sure everyone is happy with his work as he gets his work done. I have rated this as a Five Star because I believe Mr Mane & his team deserves it for their outstanding work throughout these years since I have been a Customer to them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Hathway connectivity and customer service. We have been using their internet services for almost 3 years now and it has mostly been a good and trouble free experience. Mr Sonu deserves a special mention for his professional approach and helpful attitude. He understood our issue and suggested a cost effective and perfomance efficient solution and implemented the same very quickly. We are very impressed by his work ethics and sense of responsibility. Special mention of Mr. Sonu the engineer who helped set up the connection and was very responsive on the ground. And while there have been very few issues, he has been very proactive in resolving them.
