★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pothetic service please don't ever go for their lucrative sales tactics they have taken all my money and not providing services, paid for complete year on terms that they will shift to new place and now they say we don't provide services there and we won't even refund the money. They are fraud pls pls don't subscribe to this broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I review services and products after using them but this is the first time I am reviewing a service even before installation.
I have been requesting installation from last year, I have all messages on what's app, the person handling the request was Akhtar, took long time to come and if installation is possible, giving all excuses like he was sick etc , finally he came and said it's not possible as they have still not come to my building so I left it. This is for Hill ROAD, Bandra West, Mumbai.
This year again I called him, he came and said he would install in 2 days, everytime you call him, he says he will do it today and doesn't turn up.
Today he promised to come and again no answer. I had specifically told him my current internet is expiring in a day so promise me only if you are going to do it.
If this is how it is even before installation, what will happen after if we have some connection issues.
TATA is damaging their reputation by hiring people like these. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.
I hope this reaches someone in the management and they take up this issue. Any proof needed including screenshots or even call recording, I can give.
Hope this review will save someone from stress and avoidable drama in life.
