★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic CMOS especially the medical officers who sit on 3 rd floor.they will make you run from pillar to post for a single signature. Will treat the patients like trash and speak rudely and will never help you no matter what you say or request. Hospital is extremely dirty and unhygienic, lifts arrive after 10 minutes waiting time. Shame on BMC.

Some doctor is nice, But class class 4 staff not that good, specially 14 no one gent who manage quoe very bad behavior, He treat my mother very rude, not enter in room telling that you are not our patient, my mother is hearted, I will fill complaint against him. Anyone know his name please tell me

They treated us like burden no any politeness for ladies.staff as well as doctor think themselves as well qualified n atleast they have to treat well pregnant womens but throw there file n also not direct were to go n what to do next

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to this hospital during my pregnancy...and the worst part is the OPD 47.....YES THAT IS SONOGRAPHY SECTION!.... They have only one sonography room and people wait like anything and problem I cannot explain to you what these people coming for usg go through....some control their urine some have back ache some pregnant women wait for 4 to 5 hours straight!....that's too much... And the people sitting inside are 2 in one room and only one patient can go at a time and what it is like.... 4..5 hours straight ...like they are giving it for free so we have to spare our time....nonsense!....THEY NEED TO INSTALL MORE OF SUCH UNITS OF SONOGRAPHY IN THE HOSPITAL...

Lot of people complaint about cleanliness but come-on they treat patients way over there capacity, never say no to any patient and work 24X7, so they can't help it with cleanliness and little rude behaviour.
They attend all kind of patients and maximum are from worst section of society yet they provide excellent health care facilities, even better than some private hospital which charge high amounts.
So guys instead of complaining we should appreciate there work.All hospital staff and doctor are real heroes, who are working for betterment of society yet no one appreciate them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Government Hospital buy way way better than any private hospital
The medicines are for free the blood tests are free the staff is really helpful tells you where to go and how to go if you are lost in the hospital and also Pulmonary Dr. Ajay is the best Doctor available on 5th floor to guide you and explain you your issues regarding your health.
Also Yes the place is slightly not clean but what can you expect for free, it might take your full day but your work will be done.
And yes not all works will be done like, you will not find specialists or big testing equipments here for which they will suggest you sion or Ken hospital.
Which is totally fine too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend's wife delivered baby last week.. as it was night time did not interact much with people around and due to pandemic they are taking utmost care of patients in general ward as well..
No outsider is allowed in hospital without permission.
Also cleanliness wise I found this hospital was 1000 times better than any other government hospital.
Staff was helpful and coordinating well with my friend with his wife's health and condition.
Only one suggestion please keep 24*7 medical facility inside your own hospital to serve more better to your patients..
Amazing experience and helpful people in the hospital..
