★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted for Covid recently. The doctors and nursing staff are excellent and diligent. The entire crew, including the food service people, are caring and particular to detail.
The food was good and I actually didn’t have to call for home food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a much of deliberation finally managed to get appointment for Sputnik, available across Mumbai only 4 in centre's.
Nr from station, battery of guards on gate to make you follow Covid protocol & u get sticker on ARM I'm SAFE,
1st impression you cannot make out whether it's a Luxury hotel lobby or hospital, nowdays all hospital are like this well maintained .
Staff was cooperative & guding us Digital payment option not available at Vaccine counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most advance medical facilities in Mumbai ,Great team of Doctors and other staff .Very professional and cooperative staff.Maintained well.One of the most experienced and expert wellknown doctors are available. Rujula sister from Nursing Supervisor took care and treatment very well, 247 team was quite efficient in their part throughout the stay. Room amenities were good. Keep up the good work?

Especially loved the Security service and their attentiveness to each and every thing happening around them. Cleanliness by the housekeeping was upto the mark. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Raheja hospital for my granny treatment. Me and my family members had good experience with hospital staff and treatment.. Proper coordination was amongst all staff.. My patient was getting all medicine on time. Good food. Housekeeping staff are so caring. Floor nurses and doctors are doing good job. Keep up the good work team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my younger sister for her breast treatment & operated in November 2021. It was a great experience with the international counselor Veronika mam & Krishna. They both gave incredible support to me not only mentally but also financially guided me as i was alone and had no idea where to go, what to do. My words would be very less in front of their cordial gratitude towards their international patients. Moreover, post operation the doctors and nurses had taken care of my sister very well and that's amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is pretty expensive. However the service is good.
Things I didn’t like:
-the payment method is complex for international patients (maximum allows cash payment is 25k if you pay in Indian rupee. If you pay is USD it will be higher). Payment using cards is better for international patients.
- there is a service desk for international patients called international patients lounge. However they work in favor of hospital not patients(in my opinion)
- some diagnosis tests are expensive compared to other private hospitals in Mumbai
- people in the account and payment sections were not friendly/ cooperative
Things I liked:
- most of the nurses and boys are very helpful
- doctors are easy to access
- hospital maintains a clean environment
- food is fine (no non-veg options)
