★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two apartments in the name of divya panchami. This one is number 2. It has four floors starting from G to 3. Terrace has single house and the rest is of open area. Most of the floors owned by Thayppa family called BTN who stay very near to this apartment. Especially tje "2nd floor". Room rent here vary between 12 to 20 and its depends upon the owner. BTN family give it for cheap rates such as 2bhk for 13k or 14k and 3 bhk for 15 or 16k. Monthly maintenance comes around 1.5k and there is an borewell water. There is no kaveri water connection at all which is the negative along with conjested parking lots. There is one security who lives the small basement house.
