Sales advisors manage 100+ Customers each leading to poor customer support and experience. Poor design team. Inexperienced designers leading to nil support to bring out new ideas. All design ideas were basic box designs. Due to this design time went beyond what was expected. It was a daily struggle to work with the designer. Add to designer with bad performance was assigned to my project and he quit immediately after my work order was sent to factory. Project execution team (installation) works on multiple projects at a time leading to more than required no. Of days to compete. Work is slow paced with no more than 2 people deployed at any given day for installation. On a lucky day you might find about 4 people. And this necessarily doesn’t equate to superior installation job. My kitchen cabinet shutters and drawers are not aligned and the soft close doesn’t really do the job for all the shutters and drawers in kitchen and utility. Final cleaning is bad with a really sloppy job being done (after demanding for cleaning the cabinets twice). Sticker marks are not cleared, inside cabinets remained dusty. Honest company, good natured and well behaved team. End of the project excess money (after taking final measurements) if any is credited back promptly. Don’t think this applies to other brands. Overall a highly priced work executed by some inexperienced team and some overly burdened (handling multiple projects) team members across sales, design and execution. Just hoping that the service (interior work comes with warranty and service) will be prompt and satisfactory. Go for it only if you can afford time (not well spent) and money, not to forget the stress and anxiety to go with it.

We had everyday updates as I was in Oman and the work was going on in Bangalore Falconcity, It felt I was there thats the kind of updates and going on was given to me. We have had a very good experience with DLife. Right from the initial HSR showroom visit, all the D'Life staff that we have interacted with have been very professional. The architect helped us with practical ideas based on our requirements. The execution was also systematic and timely. I was pleasantly surprised at the pace at which all the units was installed. Came across DLIFE via Facebook posts. We went through their portfolios on their website and Facebook Pages. They looked stunning and we were awestruck. We did consult other interior firms prior to DLIFE but their work looked too promising and we were drawn towards them. We walked into their HSR design center and we met Sujit Hegde. Our journey with DLIFE just began. We instantly stuck chords and he patiently answered all our queries, understood our preliminary requirements and came up with a rough estimate. He also explained the process and showed some completed projects and we knew that we were at the right place. Sujit was extremely helpful and he kept answering our queries without getting flustered. Sujit introduced us to Midhun Babu, our interior designer. Midhun has so much experience and he was master in his area. Midhun was so good that he understood what was in there in our mind. He went back and came up with spectacular 2D models that matched our frequency and wavelength. We went through iterations and Midhun ensured that the final 2D and 3D designs came the way we wanted. Honestly, Midhun's expertise and knowledge helped us to visualize and understand the concept that he wanted to bring and as well blend with our expectations. He was so calm headed that he never got flustered whenever we went back and forth with the designs. Trust me, Midhun is the BEST designer that we could have got. Once the 2D and 3D design were done, it was all about production and execution. This is where our Project Manager Rahul Raj stepped in. After talking and interacting with Rahul Raj, I understood that DLIFE was such a well rounded team of experts because even Rahul exhibited all the knowledge and knew how to plan and when to exercise various phases of the story. In between we had few housewarming commitments to which Rahul obliged and ensured that we got all the support from him and DLIFE. Honestly, our presence at the site was not required even though we were staying 3 KMS away from the project site. Such was the confidence the entire DLIFE team exhibited. Their calming nature and assuring attitude put an end to all our anxieties that we had. Once the project got completed and when we visited our HOME, we just felt one thing - DLIFE had put LIFE into our HOME. It felt so amazing and we were so happy to choose DLIFE. The 3D images and the completed project were EXACT. The review and words that I have put here may not do full justice to the stupendous work that was done. Our first point of contact from DLIFE was Sujith Hegde. He explained us the full process and answered all our queries, which helped us to make the right decision to go with DLIFE Home Interiors. The interior designer appointed to us was Arun Kumar. Arun was very patient to listen to all our ideas and ensured that all our points were incorporated in the design. He suggested and helped us during color selection which made our home look elegant and lively. Our Project Manager was Vipin. Vipin and his team focused on finishing the work in best possible manner. Vipin was very receptive of our feedback and ensured all our issues are resolved. He closely monitored the project, considered all our requirements and neatly executed the work. The material used by DLIFE is of good quality and durable. Execution was great.. what we saw in 3D Design, the same was delivered as final product. We are delighted to have our home designed by DLIFE. We appreciate their hard work, professionalism and time management. The execution of work was well managed and seamless. Right from design work to handing over, we saw team work and commitment. I am extremely happy about my decision of going with DLIFE and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you.

We had shortlisted DLIFE as the design partner for our 3BHK as we were impressed by the wooden-theme based designs and the look and feel of the products in their ads and showrooms.We were not wrong and we could get the exact same classy interiors with similar quality and finish in our home too.
