★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet has the worst customer service I have experienced. We had gone around 1700hrs and asked them about the parking space availability. They said no parking available and the way they deal with the customers is so bad that the store executive literally said “that they do not have a problem if no one is visiting their store” quoting him verbatim here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where the hell is my order 307610359? First of all, you people say we will only deliver it after 2 weeks for an item that's readily available. And then, despite reaching Bangalore 5 days ago, I haven't received it. The salesman Ravi has no clue about this. If you can't deliver on time, you should cancel and refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear reader, you can see the kind on customer service Pepperfry provide as they do not acknowledge any review below 3 star. I have been Pepperfry customers since 2017 nearly all major furniture was purchased from them,but as the time is passing usually companies like Pepperfry Improve but Pepperfry India is getting worse. Especially in quality and customer handling. The reason behind writing this review was my recent corder with Pepperfry On 25th Oct I purchased Queen size Solid wood bed Which was scheduled to be delivered by 14th Dec. I had concern about delivery so I went to Pepperfry studio , HSR Layout Bangalore. In studio sales Executive Mr. Ravi told that he will coordinate with backend team and make sure Order gets delivered in November . I also insisted to them that in past the product was not properly checked in quality inspection so make sure this mistake is not repeated this time. But as usual they hardly listen to customer and customer feedback. Despite if my reminder they delivered Product on 11th Dec. and one of the crucial part , center support bar was 2 inches short and because of that bed couldn't be assembled and my current bed was already dismantled so,they said they will replace the product in a day but next day they said it will take 5-7 day's to replace. finally I decided to cancel the Order, for that too they took 2 day's And the worst part was Instead of acknowledging their mistake, in cancellation mail they mention that they found the defect in the product hence they are cancelling the order.
So it is just caution to the Potential customers, prefer only when you have no other option and nothing todo as their customer service is pathetic. And It any of Pepperfry Executive is reading this, instead of replying to this comment,improve your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely trash. They have one SKU of everything. Even that's saying too much. I fail to see the point of having a physical store that doesn't keep at least 10% of its actual Inventory. The storekeep says they can order from the store. Well, in that case how is it different from ordering from comforts of my home. Absolutely trash. No lighting solutions, no decors.
Edit : The owners revert saying there is no record of my visit. Do tell if anyone takes contact details of those who visit. No one does any census there. As for the lighting, well there is not a single SKU on display so what experience are we getting there. As for wooden furniture there was a sheesham bed and a sheesham dining table. Is this a joke? There are 15 different popular choices of woods in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experince.. what they promise they will not deliver. Ordred recliner sofa and to get it delivered, had to do multiple followup and when we got it, had a stain on it and they coudnt fix it. In addition, had also ordred corner sofa and after week they said they are not able to track the product (this is how organised they are) and now to refund the amount they have given estimate of 15 to 20 days (almost a month since I ordred). You will not get answer for any of your questions apart from this is the company policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time i ordered in pepperfry, a mattress worth more than 10k. However, its short for my bed as i ordered a queen sized mattress for my queen sized bed. I contacted them and informed the same and confirmed that the product is unused and is still in the sealed pack and i just want to exchange it for a longer mattress needed for my bed, also, ready to pay the extra amount in the price. Even after sharing the pictures of the mattress which clearly shows the product is unused, they refused to exchange or take it back so that i can place a fresh order for a longer mattress. So, the product is of no use for me and my money is gone for a toss and the unused mattress to the dustbin with the tags as it is. One of the worst and not at all a customer friendly website. Will suggest everyone, not to order from this online app. After sale service is one of the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place n good ambience n experience centre. Do not have a dedicated parking space. Few pieces on display. They have a laptop connected to a large TV. Using this setup they use the Online website to provide you the option to buy. Basically you yourself can do this with you laptop. Since they have huge list of products, putting all of them for display may not be possible. But they should look at putting the most popular ones at least from all categories for display. I bought a kids study table which when delivered were a few inches off. But however the overall experience was good n the product was delivered on time n fitting done the same day without any follow up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Peppery Studio in May 2022. The place does see some footfall, but there is very limited variety of furniture in display. Mostly we need to see the catalogue online which we can do from home too. No special offers or discounts were available at the store.
It's a much better option to buy directly from the online page than wasting time trying to visit the store.
