★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken the Samsung phone on EMi. The payment mandate is ECS (Auto debit) payment already deducted but the customer care again and again asking whether payment is being made or not. The Finance company does not know whether the payment is received or not , you can imagine what kind of systems they have, They wasting my time. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with DMI. I am trying to reach customer care from last 2 days. No one responding. My EMI was supposed to be debit on 5th April'22, but it has not been debited, I always maintain my funds.
I have sents emails, sent whatsapp msg, tried to connect over call around 30 times regarding this issue, no one responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this one rating also waste, i'm waiting in a call up to 30min after that they are disconnect my call but my problem is not solved. my emi is not deducted from account only one month is left to complete my emi bust still i'm paying my emi through manually only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was very good with the dmi finance.They are fast and also they do minimum paperless processing criteria.It helped me a lot in acquiring a sufficient loan from DMI.I will say very good and fast loan disbursal service.
The app related to them is Money View.
Money View app is very good ,excellent,100%secure app,not much extra charges in giving the loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my phone call service is blocked after 1st emi paid successfully.i don't know why DMI finance charge
penalties for two times after paid successfully emi.
I am trying many times (from Feb 2022) to know the problem but customer care doesn't provide details and not solve the issue till date. I am not suggested to anyone finance form Dmi finance for not supporting customers care and company also.

Pathetic Customer Support.
My all EMIs are paid with interest still this people keep deducting my EMI & no refund.
Since 1 month trying to reach customer Support and response from them
Never opt for any kind of loan or Finance with DMI FINANCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My emi has been deducated from my bank account and i have a receipt of my transaction but their app has not ben updated and my phone has been block for their policy restriction. And i also try to connact with them multipale time and many time i wrote mail to them but didn't get any response from their side ane their customer care not give any response. So this is a wrost experiance with dmi finance. So i suggest you to don't purchase any product through dmi finance they will never give you satisful response. It is a very wrost finance company.

I had got the loan from Google Pay promptly I'm repaying the amount but it's not reflecting on my loan amount.
I can't even reach the customer care service if I try to cl on the number then there is no one to respond.
I had did last payment on 01/03/22 but still it's shows payment is due.
I'm having problem in credit score also due to this.
I want to get in touch with DMI finance.
