★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband an employee of EY was supposed to get discharged yesterday evening but these unprofessional juveniles sitting here have made us wait for more than 12 hours just for the claim approval for discharge. This is the seriousness they have of their job.
A person who is fit to be discharged is waiting in the room for 12 long hours and outside critical patients are getting denied the room because the late and prolonged discharge.
Hopeless people sitting and attending calls with auto recorded reply.

Have ordered four items from my wallet Which were also in stock and also confirmed by Medibuddy and
we are waiting for our order since last 2 days.
But only one item will be delivered at the time of delivery, Orders not placed for remaining three items without notifying.
Where the rest item and when it will be delivered.
Why do you keep taking orders when you can't even place a complete order?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except Head office no one will describe You the details of the process . In that particular office , they no everything but nothing. They are also in Doubt , they suggest to submit all original document in office . If you want to know the proper procedure then go to head office . Very poor service ever .
#Location - The Hindu - office , MacDonald , HDFC Bank also there , Metro station - ITO , this metro station is more nearest then Delhi Gate metro.
#Note - If you don't find this place then , ask someone that " Where is all News paper, magazine office? "
If you find out on Google , you will definitely get wrong address . So don't worry , I will try to update it on Google map , but till now remember ,
Just go through Google map
Track the location
Go and go
After reaching nearby you find that the office is in somewhere in lane or some side near park . DON'T GO there .
Just go straight
Pass the Red light
Then on left side you find all News paper headoffice

U cannot contact higher officers for update.

Pathetic service. It's a stupidity to enroll with this TPA... 0 rating as per me.. Unprofessional staff and customer care.
Even having a corporate tieup with this TPA ... Worst service it was.
At the last minute the cashless claim was rejected.

Phone support is useless and they know very short information and sometimes false
Writing email gives you reply in a week and you get bored talking to them so long to solve a single claim.
I would suggest to choose for another TPA
