β β β β β Very bad behavior by manager. The hotel check out time is 1100hrs. The hotel staff offer that if we have lunch here then they are allow us to stay till evening 1600-1700hrs. But when we order for lunch the manager forced us to take non veg items. When we denied to take the manager asking for left the room & paid the extra charge after 1100hrs. The quality of the food are so pathetic. So please don't visit this hotel.

β β β β β Very good experience. I would suggest people to book AC rooms even in winter cause they are way better than Non AC room for which I upgraded my booking during checkin. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful.

β β β β β worse staying, Staff behavior worse, unhygienic food with spider net and insects,very hard and tiny bed,bathroom with broken shower, TV not working,ac not cooled the room at all in 2 days staying, nuisance, disturbing stuffs harassing at night beyond 12 am. food delivered after 2 hours of booking. dirty bed cover and towel etc.

β β β β β first of all the hotel maneger behaviour was very rude, and they were given wrong information about room availibility and the room rent was way too high as per the room quality and most worst thing happen that they were charged way too high for a very veg meal and the food quality also very bad.

β β β β β Nice get up but the hotel is not well maintained. Food is not upto the mark. Charges of food is over the top. The behavior of hotel staff is decent.

β β β β β Terrible service. breakfast delivered after 1.5 hrs. No lift, you may have to climb up to the 3rd/4th floor. The hotel is 3 Km away from the beach. I Got TV recharged after following up several times. Unclean bed sheet and pillow cover. Very limited breakfast options. Breakfast included means just a cup of tea or coffee and either bread butter/omlet or luchi sabji/dal. They called me up urgently from the beach, destroying my holiday evening, suspecting that the water tap is open in my locked room. When I came to the hotel and climbed 4 high floors to open the door in front of them, found no tap opened.

β β β β β Clean rooms . Very good hospitality . Staffs are helpful . But don't try there own food cause they are overrated. Otherwise the hotel is good for staying.
