β β β β β Once in a blue moon experience. Very spacious rooms. From reception to service person, all are very polite and helpful. Food quality is excellent.
Swimming pool is well maintained.

Each & every staffs are polite except Mr. Avijit Mondal. It is my request to the management that kindly take strict action against this type of employee. He is tarnishing your brand value.

β β β β β The hotel expenses are too high. We stayed there during the two days of Holi. The overall getup is awesome from inside and outside. There is a swimming pool and garden. But the staff behaviour is not as expected from such a hotel. Breakfast is served after telling many many times. Altogether, I would not suggest anyone to stay in such hotel. Rather, Hotel Balaka at Bakkhali is a better option.

β β β β β The place is very good but the cost is wayy too much even with all the amenities, it took Rs. 4000/- for a day for normal room and the sea view room charges 4500/- a day the other good thing is they have a pool which is very pretty so there's that.

β β β β β The approach road is not done well and no sign ! Its not on the beach , view is masked by another hotel in front - Beach Hotel. Rooms are over priced and aircon conks off mid night and no one is there for assistance. Owner is rude says the rooms are discounted thus it can happen. Complimentary bfast is poor , one number egg with two pcs bread !!! Its best to avoid , pool is dirty , do not go there , best is WBTDC hotel !

β β β β β The rooms are spacious and clean, the property is nice. But the food tastes bad and is overpriced. They charges 4500 per night for a room in a place like Bakkhali and they have a joke in the name of complimentary breakfast. They just gave us exactly 2 slices of bread and a microscopic omelette. Also if you order anything else such as puri sabji or maggi you don't get eggs with that. Swimming pool isn't well maintained. The staff will rather sit and engage in chit chat at the reception than attend to the needs of the guests. The property is beautiful but the staff ain't good. Also do not eat at this place because you'll find tastier and cheaper food just outside the hotel. Not a very good experience.

β β β β β Clean room with minimum facilities. No intercom for calling room service, no geyser, no hand shower in bathroom, no dustbin, no shop/ shampoo or any other required essential was provided. Water was stinking and yellow in colour. Towels were dirty. Food was uneatable. Swimming pool was dirty, no swimming costume was available. No transportation was provided as the hotel is near about 2 km far from main road. Ambiance and stuff behaviour were good but the manager is mannerless and there was no security guard. Stay at your own risk.
Comparing the property, price and facilities with West Bengal tourism's 'Balutot' Icon Heritage was the most horrible experience of my life.

β β β β β The rooms are good and clean. But overpriced hotel.No such amenities available. Pool is not clean. Mosquitoes everywhere, no dustbin in the rooms, can't operate fan as regulator is missing. No hand shower provided in the wash room. No television in the room. Location wise much far from bus stop and main road.
Food tastes horrible with a same kind of gravy for every dishes you order. The water in the bathroom is stinking, no hygiene maintained. Even after telling so many times they provided the geyser line. In one word it's Horrible Experience.
