★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order through Qtrove over two weeks ago and have received no response from Dotted i. Never ordering anything from this brand again. Waste of my hard earned money.
I have emailed your customer representative with all my order details. If you cannot respond to clients politely, please don't get into this business. And why would you advertise your products on another website and then get mad when someone complains that you made false promises? Also, can you not read the message their representative sent saying "it will reach on Monday as confirmed by the seller." Now either you are lying or Qtrove is lying. I don't trust either. ;-)
FYI, I have reached out to your contact number and email ID. Attached screenshots for proof. You can keep deleting my reviews and I will leave them again. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen.
Lierally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. People be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to order a gift basket from this site of quite a price. The delivery was for out of Bangalore and expected date of delivery was 2-3 days as per the site. I reached out to them through their whatsapp number and confirmed the delivery. One item needed to be specific in the gift basket and that they had to modify and I paid additional differential price for it as well. I was told over whatsapp that the delivery will take 4-5 days. It's been 10 days since the order and I haven't heard from them as to the expected date of delivery or where is the order now. The replies says that they will get back to me with further detail but that itself never came. I have no idea if it was significant money gone waste as they will ever deliver or not. Quite a bad experience. Would suggest looking at other gift ordering sites.

She and her whole family loved the goodies and were excited to see them. Special mention to Nadia for suggesting a better option available that could make my gift more memorable. Thank you Nadia and DOTTEDi team for making this Christmas special for my friend. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are really good but not the service. I had ordered Agate Platter along with the Card (paid extra) and the delivery was for 25 Jan/26 Jan. After multiple follow ups the product got delivered on 27 Jan but there was no card. They have just printed the message on A4 sheet. I have informed the same to their representative as well but then there was no response (not even apology). Initially, I was very excited while placing the order but now disappointed with the service. Will not opt for their service again. Think before placing the order.
