An awesome attraction is.. A Roof Top (Upon 11th. Floor) Food Court-cum-Bar with One Sided Swimming Pool for Any Occasion or Normal visit (Opens from 15:00 Hrs.)..To Enjoy Happy Moments with Cool Breeze.. Is Awesome and Enough to Drive Anyone More Energetic. Just, Come and Enjoy Yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. This hotel is a fraud, they take your money inclusive or all meals and don’t provide said meals. On two occasions breakfast wasn’t provided and no clarity on dinner either. They only care about taking your money and not providing the services for a comfortable stay.
If you’re planning on visiting, there are better options in the vicinity. Service is terrible, and the hospitality is even worse.
I travel a lot and there’s some professionalism when it comes to service.
If you ask for a smoking room, they’ll give you one saying you can smoke in the balcony only, ask for amenities, it takes over an hour to get, at the reception, nobody picks the call and you have to keep calling repeatedly for said amenities.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this hotel with my family (wife and two kids) for 6 nights. We took a one bedroom suite.
The upkeep of the room and service was excellent.
The room was very spacious and had a separate living and bedroom. It helped as when folks who wanted to meet us came over we could entertain them easily.
The spread for breakfast was very large and the quality was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really good hotel, adjacent to Manipal hospital near Sarjapur junction. Mostly suite rooms with kitchen but I did find that there were no pans so I don't know how one was supposed to cook. Maybe ask the reception and they would provide the pans for cooking. The other cutlery was there.
They could have probably added a washing machine too to make it an actual service apartment/suite where one can stay for longer duration. The pool and the gym are good, so is the spa.
The food is quite good. Easily accessible but it could take anywhere between 2-4 hours from the airport depending on the traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked couple of rooms yesterday around 10 pm for a one night stay and got to the hotel around 12:30 am. Upon reaching for check-in, I was told they were full and didn’t have any other rooms to offer me. Even though being loyal to Hilton being a Hilton Honors Gold Member, initially they said they’ll comp the stay but then changed that the best they could do was offer me couple of rooms at a slightly higher price at the Embassy Suites which was opposite direction of my travel plan. Regardless, the shift manager was very polite and provided my family with some refreshments since we were stuck and waiting for them to figure out what they were going to do.
I’m providing 2 stars only because they didn’t pick up the phone when I tried calling three different times before I booked the room and I didn’t get an email or a phone call mentioning the situation which would’ve saved me a couple hours of travel at midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for an office party, which was organized on terrace. The space is really nicely decorated with starry lights. Whole ambience is very pretty.
However, their group package had very poor choices of liquor, that too for only 90 minutes. The two most consumed items - beer and whiskey were really low quality, forcing our group to buy a better whiskey. Extremely disappointed with them on this part and the management should consider changing those options.
Starters and buffet items were very tasty and were made available till very end. Staff was very helpful too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not recommended & not at all worthy of being a 5-star hotel. Waste of money, if one is truly looking for the comfort, amenities & services of a branded 5-star hotel. Never had thought that a Hilton experience would be like this. Even 3 star hotels have much better quality & services.
1. To start with, if one is booking the hotel to avail the amenities as well inside the hotel premises, do ensure if they are available during your duration of stay, as I had booked the hotel for 1-night stay with my daughter being a long weekend & the terrace swimming pool side & the Equinox lounge were booked by 2 wedding groups and not open for others. The next morning, when I took my daughter for swimming, all sort of items along with bird feathers were floating in the pool, with not a single staff to attend to the hotel guests for towels or any other requirements.
2. The magnetic cards just doesn't work to go up the elevator, irrespective of # of times, you change the cards. If somehow you get help to go till your room, the card wouldn't work to enter your room & you would need to come all the way down to the reception to get another card activated & repeat would be the case.
3. The AC in the sole Asian restaurant doesn't work properly & one would end up sweating while having food, specially miserable experience during this summers. The service providers in that restaurant are all new joiners & kids and doesn't have any experience in service nor conveying any message properly. Post finishing the buffet lunch, one of them came asking for starters. Later billed for 2, when at the start, another one had conveyed that buffet was for 1+1 offer. Hence, had to get the bill revised.
In short, was a truly disappointing experience & wouldn't recommend to anyone, looking for a good 5-star experience. With half the amount spend, could have got a better 3-star hotel experience.
