Cons. Doctor try to push costly medicine to patient. They have asked my 5 years daughter to use glass, just after getting some info from computerised machine.
Receptionist ask to give positive review infront of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m a medicine shop owner. i visited for checkup first time with my son. My experience is very poor. In a day time doctor was unable to prescribe glass number and calling next day. pls note class 12 student is very busy with studies. As my Tanmoy has given me coupons to distribute at my shop which I will return as I will never refer any of my customer to Dr Agarwal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to have your eye checked. Only rs 200 is the consultation charge. Experienced doctors and well equipped hospital in manner of devices and staff. Staff is very friendly. Waiting time is long. It's better to take appointment in advance.

But your retail (spectacle) counter staff is not standard of your brand as I think, due to he want everybody will accept his product and price, otherwise he will loos his attitude and behavior. Need motivation of him for goodwill. of brand.
