It 'was' too satisfactory... Yes I'm forced to say 'it was'...
Because some of your Nursing staffs are so careless & just try to evade their duty...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience is totally worst. My mother-in-law was admitted there. 1st day hospital never provided lunch to her. Bedsheets was too dirty, they never provided clear bedsheets and hospital clothes. And hospital stuffs behavior were too rude mostly Reception persons. They charge lot but handling patient very bad way. Ruby hospital authorities should change their system and hire more sensible stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third-grade staff at customer care, transfer the calls and none pics, only music playing your call is important for us. While questioning for the delay in response, they said write a mail complaint to the management, we don't care.
This kind of arrogance is seen when you get loads of patients in your hospital but it is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor's and the staff are very helpful and responsive to any call. My son was taken care very well in the PICU and also when shifted to cabin. Thankful for the good and timely care provided.
The quality of food served to the attending parent in the PICU can be improved.

This is the review that has been put by one of the Hospital staffs without our permission. He came to meet my Father ( the patient) & took his mobile & posted the review without even letting him know about the same. This is not the first time he did this, if you scroll through the reviews you can see there are numerous feedbacks that look same, it's clear that those are being put by the same person using the patient's mobile through some trick.

The staffs were extremely polite, sweet and always available with food on time and most importantly they never said no to anything. Starting from hygeine to good food to service I am very very satisfied. I got discharged yesterday, I was admitted due to multiple stones in my gallbladder. Everything was so smooth that how 2 days passed away didn't understand. Once again thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and treatment.
