★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor community is doing great service to our nation right now and hats off to them I truly respect them for putting their life in danger and fighting this deadly disease.
On the other hand there are some who are a shame on this profession. My father is suffering from Parkinson’s and was complaining of high blood pressure and sizziness since yesterday. I had booked a video consultation for my father from Apollo New Delhi from Dr Anoop Kohli for today #1164458 appointment ID. I paid online a fees of 1300 INR. I had sent all the details of the issue and last prescription everything. I kept waiting for the doctor to come online and ask about the ongoing issue or concerns but that was all futile after about waiting for 10 minutes I got a notice saying that the doctor is finished the consult and has uploaded a prescription of vitamin B for my father.
Ow I can’t contact the customer care as they say the consult is complete and they can’t do anything.
This is cheating a sick person and I want to tell that this is pure theft done by such a big hospital. It is a shame!
This is a scam that such big hospitals are doing in the name of online video consultation!

I submitted him all previous reports and prescriptions of my mom on apollo 24x7 app.
Within 3 minutes of the video consultation he disconnected the call, I texted him 3-5 times to call back but no response received after almost 1 hour I received his poorly described prescription in which he advised to go for a diagnostic test. And to my surprise it was the same test of which's report I already shared with him. He also prescribed some medicines but the dosage he mentioned was poorly described. I tried to get in touch with his assistant but he disconnected the call by saying that he can't help us and we should talk to the Doctor Anoop directly.
Worth mentioning that Dr. Anoop neither answered a single call since the consultation nor he answered the texts I sent him on Apollo 24x7.
Totally inhuman behavior.
