★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fixed appointment for my wife treatment on 23.05.2020 at 9 am. My appointment was confirmed. I booked a cab and reached his clinic. He and his father kept us standing and waiting outside his building for 45 minutes. Weather was too hot with bright sunlight and temperature was around 40 Degree Celsius. My wife was not well and trembling due to migraine pain. But he and his father does not allow us to sit/ enter in his clinic or any waiting area. They kept us standing outside on the road infront of his clinic. After 45 minutes of standing, doctor came and told me from 10 metres distance that he will not check any patient today..go back and call me on my whats app no. I am attaching my appointment confirmation.
Dear Mr. Sumanto - I am very disappointed with your unprofessional and inhuman behaviour. Ultimately after your refusal I reached Max Hospital- Saket and meet Dr. Chandril Chugh- the best Neuro Doctor of India in terms of Medicines and Behaviour.
