★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional lady, Ritika. Most ill behaved person. Does not know to handle clients. No fixed price policy. In every Minuit she may increase prices. The customer who do not ask questions, they are best for her. Because it is easier to fool them. If you ask anything twice, she will make faces as if she is the super designer which she is not. Beware visiting this boutique. Very reluctant in mending if required after stitching. She had flow of customers during Durga Puja bcz the boutique is located on main road near market. If she continues like this, I am sure she is going to loose customers gradually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with Ritika, the owner of Poshaak, she is unprofessional, has no understanding of complicated design, does not follow given instructions, does not deliver on time and after all this argues with the customer about the mistakes she makes, I gave her just 2 blouses to stitch, one design was different, little complicated and one was simple , she did not understand the design of the more complicated stitching in spite of explaining her how I want the design with actual pictures , 1st she made a different design and then when trying to rectify it she made it worse, and when I pointed it out she said this is how it is done, on top of all this she kept delaying the delivery, everyday saying give me one more day ,and delayed it for a week , and now because of that and the mess that she made I will not be able to wear it. When I asked her to charge me less as she had failed to deliver it on every aspect she denied it out rightly without any hint of an apology. So, in the name of designing and fashion boutique I ended up paying Rs.2400 for 2 botched blouses, this boutique is not worth the trouble for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to spoil your clothes asked them to stitch,Worst experience, no professionalism, overcharged and overrated, she stiched my bridal blouse and the fitting was so bad that I have to take it to another boutique to get it fixed and again paid double the amount as she ruined it literally....not recommended at all....she opened the stitching of backside pleats when I asked to loose the blouse and asked me to pay for the lace she tucked in
