The place is clean and has a good vibe. Dr. Aruna makes you feel comfortable. The prenatal classes that i took was very beneficial. She understands your comfort and level to do the exercise. Would definitely recommend visiting.

The pre natal classes are really good and helpful! Aruna makes sure that everyone gets personal attention! Also the talks on various topics related to maternity are really helpful. Would definately recommend to all expecting mothers

Late though, but i think i took a good decision to join HappieBump when i was 6th months pregnant. Dr Aruna is so friendly and humble. She made each session soo interactive. I used to wait for the sessions to happen every week. Exercising and talking to Dr Aruna and all other pregnant friends of mine, used to be a great stress buster... Exercising made me feel so fresh and active. I would recommend every pregnant lady to join Pre natal sessions with Dr Aruna, not only with the motive to have Natural delivery but to stay fit , healthy & happy when you are carrying your little one!

I love my sessions at Happie Bumps. Dr. Aruna guides you through all the exercises with patience and ensures that you always maintain correct posture leading to a fruitful session everytime. She also ensures that she gives enough attention to each of her students while exercising so that every student gets the best results from her sessions. Her informative sessions are helpful as well and address even the smallest of concerns and anxieties that expectant mothers may have. The facility is clean and has a lively vibe. I would highly recommend her sessions.

I joined these pre-natal classes in my 8th month and have been quite happy with the results. Dr Aruna gives personal attention to all the expecting mothers, corrects their yoga postures and answers all queries relating to pregnancy yoga and pregnancy in general. Her theory classes are informative and interactive and every yoga class includes different poses, making it more fun and flexible. Would highly recommend!

I started pre natal yoga classes with Dr.Aruna once I began my 7th month of pregnancy. How I wish I had started earlier!! I loved all the forms of prenatal exercises which were done by her. I opted for the virtual sessions because of covid, when India was under a complete lockdown! The instructions provided by her were super easy to follow with even correction of postures as an when needed during the exercises. I had a normal delivery and yes I was in labour for just 4 hours!!! My baby came out in strong three pushes!!! P.S - My baby was delivered on 17th sept.2020 and I was working out with Dr.Aruna till the 16th of September!!

When I had joined Aruna’s prenatal yoga classes, it was not easy to find a safe physical activity session for expecting mothers, especially during the Corona second wave and subsequent lockdown. These online yoga classes were a welcome relief. It helped me stay active and healthy all through the last two trimesters. Not only was she very thorough in her approach but she also added informational classes on post-partum, infant care, breast feeding and labour for the new mothers to prepare them better. It was a really good experience overall, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is interested to stay active during their pregnancy.

I attended Aruna mam's prenatal course in my last trimester and I took the classes twice. The set of exercises she helps us perform are very precisely made to provide flexibility and mobility in our body for those days. The classes helped me a lot and I delivered my baby normally with only 3 hours of labour. I would personally recommend all expecting mothers to do join these classes of Dr Aruna.
