★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks a lot to Dr. Aditi agrawal for suggesting n did the new method instead of traditional way of doing an open surgery for removing breast abscess, did the new & V.good treatment of closed drainage of breast abscess wher u did not need any kind of painfull dressings. thanks again. GBU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my wife is admitted. Dr. Not give a detail about patient clearly. Dr. is money minded. My baby now 5 day born didn't get vaccine. Service is similar to government hospital pathetic. No care smelly toilet. High hidden charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rewiev for my uncle admitted due to cellulitis and Allhamdulillah Recoverd Completely by Dr.Aditi Agarwal Best and Affordable Hospital in Mira Road with very good Staff (Attending Doctor Esp Dr Henna , Receptionist, Nurses,Bai etc) Very Good in house Daimond Chemist with discounted medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hospital plus budget friendly in Mira Road. 24 hours emergency service is the best no matter what time you walk in, the nurses are quick to take action and knowledgeable as well. Very polite behaviour known them since more than 2 years and they keep getting better. ? And Dr Rahul the paediatrician is really nice doctor been consulting him for a long time now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please request to all mothers don't go to this hospital for your pregnancy.I came here for conceiving and Dr.Ankita Patel told me that I have pcod and she was treating me but after 1 month again I went for follow up she said there is no pregnancy and gave period medicine after having medicine i din got my periods and I went to another doctor for my treatment and in my blood report i tested positive for my pregnancy 7 weeks.ankita Patel don't know anything.every time i visit her i used to ask doc is everything ok she is like go have this period medicine she din even did blood test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my grandson was born at 10 AM, I was made to pay night delivery charges just because I had to admit my daughter at 3.00 AM! The "rate card" clearly states that the night charges will apply only when the delivery is at night time. I tried to reason that but the hospital did not even consider my request.
Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful (but you will have to shell out a lot of money as "tips" as soon as the child is born!) The rooms are a little too small but I believe that's what you get at this price.
The reception / managing staff is not too professional and appear to be untrained and 'amateurish'. I had to suffer due to their negligence. First, they put a wrong date of birth on the hospital card and sent it to MBMC. When I brought it to their notice they simply typed the correction and told me go to the MBMC and get it corrected. I went and was told that only parents can apply for the birth certificate. I called my Son in law from Thane and was shocked to know that they have put the wrong year on the letter too!
It was horrible to run pillar to post to get everything rectified and normalised! But the staff was as normal as ever! As if nothing has happened!!!
Dr. Ankita proved to be one of the best gynecologist by guiding and supporting my daughter throughout her pregnancy period. She has gone out of the way to help her. I am really thankful to her for her support.
Overall you have to be cautiously aware about what hardships you will have to go through if you are not too vigilant.
