★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Directly responsible for mismanaging the entire surgical operation for my uncle and causing his early death. He disregarded direct instructions from the family. He didn't secure additional blood which was a vital pre-requisite for my uncle's hemophilia. It took 2.5 hours, at which point my uncle had gone into cardiac arrest. Throughout the entire tragedy, he yelled and blamed the family for his mistakes. What and absolute shame to the medical society and shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine.
