★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A specialist at Kolkilaben who doesn't have basic ethics. Busy in shouting a subordinate more than attending a patient. In a hurry to shoo off them as if we are begging. Any question asked and she is like...."Arre u r not able to understand ". For your kind info we r there to meet u because we want to understand certain things....Otherwise we are also busy in our individual fields but not so insensitive like you. U r a neurologist but such worst behaviour
Won't recommend and would request such a reputed hospital to keep a chk on her ways of handling a patient. It's a humble request please understand patients u r attending r giving away their hard earned money. We kept on asking our doubts that's when her dialogue abt u r not able to understand came in...I pity some parents who accompany their kids. U need to know they r aware of hardships in life... don't make it more pathetic for them by u r behaviour. Doctors r God sent....so please be more polite next time with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had accompanied a family member who had traveled from a different city all the way for consultation of their child and this was the worst experience with KDAH. In spite of prior appointment we had to wait 2 hours for consultation. Even during the consultation, Pradnya was busy using her mobile and was hardly listening. She didn't look at the papers of earlier treatment. She doesn't let the parent talk and completes the sentence on her own, feels that a temperature of 107 for a child is normal. On being asked the side effects of frequently giving paracetamol to a child, she said " The entire world is eating medicines like chana and you are worried about a paracetamol".I can go on and on citing examples of the insensitivity and lack of professionalism. This is absolutely disgusting and not acceptable from a premier healthcare facility like KDAH. I had also submitted a written feedback at the hospital immediately after consultation and hope that the management takes cognizance and necessary steps to avoid such experiences in future.
