★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no doubt about their work in this field but just one thing that really disappointed me is that there were atleast 10 - 12 patients waiting in queue & still there was only one counter working. Out of 4 total counters, 1 was empty & on another 2, their employes were busy with their paper work. Only one guy was operating but trust me he was pretty good....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this lab since childhood for all pathology tests and have never been disappointed. Recently during covid times, had to get 2 tests done on a emergency basis for my family members.
I was very happy with the professional and prompt service given. And the reports were given before the said timelines.
Kudos to the entire team of Jari wala lab. The legacy continues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Jariwala lab branch at Rokadia lane is well equipped but one thing that surprised me was that they do not segregate patients who have come for Covid tests from the other patients who have come for other general tests. That is very disappointing and risky. My advise is that the lab staff should provide a separate and isolated seating space for Covid testing patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pathological lab with all the amenities, staff is helpful. Great thing about this lab is they provide your test history and you can do comparative health analysis. People mostly get report on same day. They should separate people who come for COVID testing from others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Sample collected in morning and still did not received report. It's 10.30 pm now. Blood test was done for serious patient and nobody is there to take responsibility. No contact details shared at the time of booking. Only call centre numbers. I was using this lab which i frequently needed for my ailing father. But only disappointment.... Bakwaas lab. Will never use again. All the good reviews posted are i guess paid reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is having a very rude and misbehaved staff especially on counter Ms. Bhumika who does not know how to talk to patients, the way she behaves as if an owner of place. Highly unprofessional place though Dr. Jariwala lab is known for its tests, have been visiting collection center at Punit Nagar and never faced such problem but this lady does not know how to talk. Will never suggest anyone to go for test there. If you keep staff with cheap labour this is the result
