I was suffering from two years of my shoulder and neck pain.l have treated allopathiy but I don't get any possitive result. Then I came to know about Dr Jeevan Rajput from my relative. I have treated here only 10 days now I'm feeling very good. Thanks to JJ Plus

Pros- Good team of neurosurgeon and neurologist Intensive care doctors are also available. Whenever the case comes the team comes for immediate management of the case. Cons- 1. The entire setup is overall small i.e. not like tertiary care center- tertiary care hospitals in Aurangabad MGM, Ghati, Kamalnayan Bajaj, Dhoot hospital. 2. As far as ICU is concerned - no proper cleanliness measures are taken. Ideally entries of relatives to ICU are limited, face masks, separate sleepers are provided to staff working in ICU, entering ICU and also to relatives enyering ICU. This is to prevent infection to the patient but none of these are followed in this hospital. The hospital staff lab person cleaners sweepers enter into ICU with the same footwear which they use on road, elsewhere in the hospital. So its very harmful for the patients. 3. Machines- the diagnostic part i.e. pathology lab and radiological instruments are very primitive. A 4 slice CT machine is present with no full time radiologist to interpret the results. Even for emergency cases the reports of CT are provided 4-6 days later that too on request. No full time intervention radiologist for managing stroke-paralysis attacks. No contrast CT,MRI facilities are available as of now (year2020). Now days all the neuro diagnosis is mainly based on MRI but this facility is not available. 4. Security- security personnel for ICU is only for morning shift. No security for night shifts so anybody can enter ICU. 5. The senior doctor team is good but they are not present round the clock. Junior (MBBS) doctors with 2-3 years of experience work in ICU for the entire day and inform the case to seniors. Few hospital in Aurangabad provide round the clock neurosurgeon like Dhoot hospital or Bajaj hospital. 6. Not all the doctors enlisted in the list are present, many are visiting doctors as per the demand by admitted or OPD patient. 7. Cost- the cost aspect is definitely on higher side. One day ICU charge is ₹6000 and with ventilator the charge is ₹13500. Which is much higher. MGM VIP ICU charges are approx. ₹15,000 but the facilities provided are also equally good. Dhoot hospital ICU chages are ₹8000 with venti. 8. Medical shop/ hospital attached Pharmacy- one of the worst experience was with the Pharmacy. When a long list of injection salines glove boxes face masks were given they use to intentionally drop one or two medicines from the list. But in the bill those products which are not given where included. Those who can read and are educated can pass through but those poor people who cannot read and cannot afford must also be cheated in the similar manner. 9. No proper waiting area for the patient's relative who are admitted for long time in the hospital. No canteen facilities in the hospital campus. So summiting the things the senior neuro doctors and other doctors form a fairly good team but the staff junior doctors nurses (which are actually handling patient 24*7) is not equally compatible. Not all doctors enlisted are always available, many comes only when they are called. It might as well cause a delay of 2 or 3 days. The hospital infrastructure is very primitive specially considering the kind of patients which will be admitted to the hospital ( patient with neurological problems).

Very very bad experience. Totally hopeless management, it took around 3 hours only for sonography. After completing half of the sonography, the sonography machine was shifted elsewhere . After a long persuasion when machine came back then Doctor disappeared. I got very hectic and disappointed for a minor treatment. Worst experience ever in my life.

I did visit here with my mom for her eye issue cos a neighbour recommended for dr rajpoot. The hospital was really clean and there were quite a lot of people in the hospital. The consultation was done very ethically and properly. No excess tests were suggested and very few medicines were prescribed. He was very fun to talk and worked ethically. I really recommened his consultation if you ever need a Neuro surgeon
