Pagariya needs to improve their salespeople’s attitude towards attending the customer.
In my recent encounter the salesman seemed ignorant. I later visited the Hero showroom next to it and the sales staff was very persuasive and pleasant and catered to my needs.
I was obligated to buy the bike from your showroom only because I wanted Bajaj. If I had gotten similar bike in Hero showroom, I wouldn’t have hesitated to buy it from them just because of the service and hospitality they provide!
The attitude of the salespersons should change!!!!
