A very knowledgeable and experienced doctor who gave me confidence of full recovery and made me feel that I am in safe hands. She is asking do you want to do operation? Then why you are coming?
Is this type of language that your staff to talk to patient?
Teach some manners of talking to your staff. You are not the only hospital here. Please teach your staff some manners first.
