★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got operated for knee transplant on 22nd Jan 2021.
The complete staff right from all doctors ,hospital PRO,Admn.staff , nurses upto ward boys are well experienced. Patient care and health is the priority.
Rooms are Very good, well equiped and cleanliness is always monitored.
I have followed the physiotherapy metaculasly as advised by physiotherapy doctor of hospital and within 15 days I started walking without any aid.
I give 5 star rating on the basis of follwing.
Latest Technology.
Experienced doctors.
Pleasant atmosphere.
Positive approach.
Well trained staff.
Quick response n support even after discharge.
Many thanks to Dr.Narendra Vaidya and his all team
for making me to stand on my legs within such a short period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had got her TKR (Total Knee Replacement) surgery done here, both legs, by Dr. Vaidya and his team.
I must say this has been a phenomenal experience.
My mother's case was a complex one, as she had mild diabetes and also a patient of Parkinson's Disease. Yet, the surgery is successful and now she can walk very freely.
The amount of care the hospital extends to the patient, I haven't seen that very often elsewhere. All the doctors including Dr. Vaidya, Dr. Kale & Dr. Tanmay were very attentive and put lot of effort. The admin staff and Mr. Hrishikesh had been very helpful and supported beyond their duty. The support system is also very good. All this was during the challenging time of Covid.
There were some initial hiccups due to the complexity of the case, but eventually everything got sorted and now my mother can walk again, who was totally dependent on wheelchair for 8 yrs.
Highly recommended place for Knee Replacement and Orthopedic issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had undergone the joint replacement operation last year in July 2019 for both knees.Operation was successfully completed.
We had a very good experience with the hospital staff in terms of providing accurate information during pre and post hospitalization treatment. Hospital had maintained good repo with patient's.
post hospitalization as well, staff and doctors were supported in all terms.. Also all the required physio instructor and instructions provided by hospital. This hospital has very good experienced doctors.
After the 6 months of this surgery, my mother went to Girnar Parvat and successfully climbed majority of the steps. And had a Guru Dev Dutta's darshan.
After this visit, she doesn't faced any problems or pains.. Now regularly she is able to walk, climbing steps confidently..

Dr Narendra Vaidya- one of the best sergon, if you want to go for robotic knee replacement.
Robotic surgery: I am sure in future 80% surgeries would be robotic. Advantages- less recovery time, minimum invasive, better results than traditional surgeries.
Hospital and staff - I would rate them 5 . Eager to help.
Supporting doctors and physchotherpist: rating of 5. If I had option to rate higher I would have easily done so.
Cleanliness - rating of 5
Food: this is area that they need to improve , they rely on some lady to provide food to patients. Food quality is ok. Rating 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a pleasure to be a patient of Lokmanya hospital, Swargate. I have had my surgery there. I was very comfortable and looked after very well,not only by the doctors but also by the rest of the staff( medical and non- medical).
After discharge there is a regular followup of my wellbeing . My recovery is good not only with time but also with the love and care l am receiving from them. The doctors genuinely care for their patients inspite of their busy schedules. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Narendra Vaidya and Dr. Anup Gadekar, who have proved that some doctors today also live up to the oath they take when they take their degrees in medical science.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted for my left knee meniscus tear repair surgery on 7.5.2021. On 8.5.2021, Dr. Narendra Vaidya and his team including Dr. Bhushan Ganvir did the surgery. The complete support staff right from all doctors, admin, nurses, ward boys are very helpful and caring. Specially I would like to thank the sister, Manisha who looked after patients very well. Very thankful to team Lokmanya Hospitals, Mitra Mandal, Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very good hospital for Knee replacement. Dr Narendra Vaidya personally consult patient and has expertise in robotic surgery. We done knees replacement for my mother in August 2019, along with Vaidya sir all main doctors like Dr. Satish Kale, Dr Anup G. etc. took good care for recovery too. Thank you so much for assisting my mother to overcome walking obstacles due to Arthritis. Results may vary patient to patient and also depends on Physiotherapy to be followed particularly for 2 to 3 moths, in case of my mother she benefitted 70% which is much better than earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A successful Hip replacement surgery (THR) was conducted at the Hospital for me. Apart from Team of expert Surgeons (led by Dr. Vaidya), the other care delivery Teams was also proficient. A special thanks to Dr. Akshay who runs a good Physiotherapy unit at the Hospital. Will strongly recommend Lokmanya Hospital, Mitramandal Unit for THR as well as TKR. A note of thanks to Ms. Silvina who runs this facility well.
