I find great comfort as well as satisfaction in writing this review of recognition for the whole medical team that looked after my son this past December 2021.
It’s not common to express recognition to what is generally understood as technical knowledge, in other words for doing our job well in the understanding that this is what we as professionals are committed to. But I have decided to share this review which stays true to my experience.
Having an operation is never something easy for any individual, having a 3 year-old-son undergo one can turn into something highly emotional and nerve-wracking. This was the case for my son Arshman Patoo who underwent surgery under the supervision of Doctor Prashant Jain and his team.
I’d like to begin by showing deep appreciation for the nurses, anesthesiologist and extended staff for they were not only down to earth, caring and committed with my son’s health and wellbeing but they went beyond the call of duty by offering deep signs of sincere listening skills, fulfilling their commitments in replying on time to our doubts and carefully keeping us informed of any updates we may need.
Pain is something we try to avoid at all cost in life nonetheless once we overcome it, we understand it is a sign of strength and fortitude, my son was brave and courageous when having his first encounter with the world of science but it would’ve been extremely difficult had he not been supported by Doctor Prashant Jain. Doctor Jain was closely by his side keeping us parents informed at all times and came to our support when we needed him in the aftermath of my little guy’s first operation.
I can only say a huge THANK YOU ? to each and every one of Doctor Jain’s team members at the BLK MAX hospital pusa road new Delhi. I will always be in debt for taking such good care of my son and going the extra mile when looking after him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter was admitted in the hospital for 5 days. We were referred to Dr. Prashant by our pediatrician. Dr. Prashant Jain is probably one of the best Pediatrics Surgeon of Delhi. We were so tensed but the way he made us sit down and explain the issue and full line of action made us believe we were in safe hands. He is always ready to answer parents question no matter how many times you ask. A family friend also got their son treated from Dr. Prashant Jain. She told us about the amount of experience doctor has on his hands made us even more relaxed. Also it will be unfair to not mention his team who is equally good and always on their toes to help.
