★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Tariq Mehmood from Kashmir. My Kidney Transplant was done on 6th Dec. 2017 in Fortis Hospital Mohali by Dr. Priyadarshi Ranjan. When I was struggling for my life on dialysis I came to know about the transplant team at Fortis Mohali and Dr Ranjan. He and his team is a very good and qualified.His team of pre and after transplant coordinators are also good, knowlegible and helpful who tackle and sort out all your medical problems before the transplant. My donor was my mother and she is also absolutely fine. Our recovery after the transplant is fantastic and complete within a week. Now I can eat well and have plenty of water like before without the fear of breathlessness. Thank you Dr. Ranjan for giving me a new life and helping us in our bad time. He is a best doctor in whole world for me. Apart from being a great surgeon he is a great human being too.

After a thorough research on Internet, I decided to consult Dr Priyadarshi Ranjan for the transplant and it happened to be one of the best decisions I have made. The doctor is quite knowledgeable in his subject and a down to earth personnel. He understands patients mindset and gives appropriate courage and knowledge regarding the transplant process. The doctor is also honoured for having performed many critical surgeries. Also I would say he has found success in treating some anomalies in the field. Also Dr Ranjan's team is most dedicated and help you in all aspects ranging from Pre-transplant checks to Post transplant care.So I would say from my experience that Fortis hospital room no 102 is a one stop solution to all kidney related issues. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Priyadarshi Ranjan is one of the most professional surgeon I’ve met. He is a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about his patient’s well-being. The team which work with doctor were friendly and answered any questions I had with a good attitude. My father was suffering from a CKD and was on dialysis. After having a consultation, my father went for kidney transplant under him and he was better in no time. I’m very pleased with my choice to have Dr. Priyadarshi Ranjan as primary surgeon for my father. Thank you Doctor and team for being there and helping patient. As my mother agreed to donate one of her kidney, one of my relative in Gurgaon told me to approach Dr Priyadarshi Ranjan in Fortis Hospital Mohali for a kidney transplant as he is a best kidney transplant surgeon. I met Dr Ranjan, he motivated me and my family for surgery, although I was frail & weak, he did a successful operation. Assuredly, I and my mother are completely fine only because of Dr Ranjan and his teammates as they are all very co-operative and caring. My Mother Mrs Shashi Bala Sharma came for the IPD treatment of 31 mm Kidney Stone under Dr Priyadarshi Ranjan, his team member Dr Nitin from 9th Dec - 12th Dec 2019. She was operated for Renal PCNL. We were quite nervous post Surgery, Dr Nitin was very mindful and guided us through all daily variations and what to expect during the recovery stage. He was even available at 4 am and visited us without any sign of discomfort. He helped ease out our tension greatly.
Dr Ranjan is very confident and able doctor. May god always bless your team for this noble service that you and your team is doing.
Last person to compliment is Ward A1 Nursing staff, specially Monika Rani - I observe her professional standards to be very highly. She was very Prompt, professional, Responsive and well trained. Her attitude is also worth complimenting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried booking an appointment for Dr Ranjan multiple times from Fortis Hospital and website, but it seems he himself is not interested to diagnose the patients. On his behalf, he has assigned his team who will take care of patients. But unfortunately all of them are new to the field. And the doctor is charging fees as 3500 (Consultation Fees). Wow that's no nice.
