★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a DOCTOR I won't recommend this diagnostic centre to ANY OF MY PATIENT. While they come home to collect blood sample to a far distance but do not deliver the hardcopy of the reports to your home. Even they don't declare this terms & condition before agreeing to collect blood. One just get really harassed till the reports arrive in hand. The marketing person specially named ARNAB is very irresponsible. I called him several times to know the status whether they were able to send the hardcopy of the reports, but didn't receive the call. Ultimately was bound to call from a different number. Behaviour is too harsh. Being a marketing official , doesn't know how to meet the expectations of a client. Too much unprofessional. Needs lot of improvement regarding handling patient's emotion and demand. Being solely money minded should not be the only direction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was not satisfied with the X-ray that was done there. This happened twice for two different doctors. The price they charge is also high as compared to other Diagnostic Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a chain of very reputed and old digonistic. Centre in North Kolkata, a very old organization since 1967, but this rajabazar outfit is very new may be one year old, under staff, little kid managed, not like the main center at B K Pal avenue., however let's hope the the quality should not be deteriorate like other lab.

Pathetic place to be.
These people take no care while dealing with patients.
One incident I would specifically like to mention is w.r.t USG. They are especially super bad with it. They forget that they are dealing with human beings. My father went for USG, they were so harsh with the process and pressed his stomach so bad that, my father is suffering from bad pain. He didn't tell us for a day thinking the pain would go away but it hired worsened.
Totally not recommending this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely, careless group; the institute used to be an excellent one but unfortunately, after demise of Dr. A. Roy every way it has detorirated. Patients should avoid this organisation and NO DOCTOR SHOULD RECOMMEND HIS/HER PATIENT here. In a nutshell a horrible experience.
